We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Contract Field Service Technician to be the backbone of our remote service network, ensuring the operational reliability of the heavy-duty MOVE EVO Series across Malaysia’s crucial commercial centers and remote states (e.g., Penang).
Key Responsibilities (Execution & Service Quality)
Your mission is to execute critical, rapid, and single-visit repairs on an on-demand basis, following HQ’s strategic protocols:
- Precision Execution: Execute accurate electrical and mechanical repairs strictly according to the HQ Remote Diagnosis Work Order.
- Parts Handling: Coordinate the timely reception and accurate installation of spare parts shipped directly from MOVE HQ (KL).
- Customer Sign-Off: Crucially, obtain customer signatures on the Service Completion Form and submit all necessary documentation to HQ to close the task.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain high efficiency to ensure the success of the single-visit repair model in remote areas.
